OFFENSIVE INTERFERENCE - a member of the team at bat who interferes with, impedes or confuses any fielder attempting to make a play.
INFIELD FLY RULE - a fair fly ball (not including a line drive or attempted bunt) which "can" be caught by an infielder with "ordinary effort", with runners on 1st & 2nd, or bases loaded, with less than 2 outs.

Little League adjusts Pitching Rules for 2010
66+ pitches = 4 calendar days of rest must be observed 51-65 pitches = 3 calendar days of rest must be observed 36-50 pitches = 2 calendar days of rest must be observed 21-35 pitches = 1 calendar day of rest must be observed 0-20 pitches = 0 calendar days of rest must be observed
A pitcher who delivers 41+ pitches in a game cannot become catcher. An "illegal pitch" does get counted towards pitch count for the day. Limits remain (11-12 = 85 pitches, 9-10 = 75 pitches, 7-8 = 50 pitches), but it appears "game skip" has been removed.
